Guten Tag!

My name is Gisela, but I’ve been affectionately known as Oma since having grandchildren. I grew up in Germany and immigrated to Canada in the 70’s.

Growing up I was very skilled in sewing and dressmaking, but my love for chocolate and German baked goods has been my favorite hobby. I had to switch to gluten free alternatives when I was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease in my late 60’s.

Since then, I’ve been recreating my own recipes using gluten free substitutes and want to share my success with people everywhere.
